Yes, you may make a payment without your bill. You only need your bill if you are paying in the drive-thru.
No, we stay open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Unfortunately at this time, we do not.
In order to set up auto-pay, you will first need to register an account HERE.
Once you have successfully registered your account, you will need to add a payment method and choose auto-pay setup. Most importantly, you will need to confirm the autopay email before you are actively setup on autopay.
There are two ways to start services. The first option is to apply online HERE.
The second would be to visit us at our office located at City Hall 10 N. Public Sq. Cartersville, Ga. 30120. We are located on the first floor.
You will need to be the executor of the estate and be able to provide both court documents showing you are the executor of the estate and a death certificate.
We can schedule a payment arrangement for you (2) weeks from the due date of your bill.
We can only make (5) payment arrangements a year.
After starting utility services with us, you will receive your first bill and it will show a $50.00 charge. This is not a late fee. This is actually your connection fee that you paid when you first started services.
